Data security policy
Ensuring the safety and security of data is important to Cubus Arts, thus the activity of our company are conform to applicable Romanian law.
Cubus Arts will enforce necessary tehnical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
The employees of Cubus Arts:
- will not disclose any private or personal information obtained from the clients of Cubus Arts without their explicit consent
- will use the client's data only to facilitate access and usage of the services offered by Cubus Arts
- are obliged to assure the safety and confidentiality of the keys and passwords entrusted to them
- are obliged to immediatly announce any information leak
Assuring data security
The serveres administered by Cubus Arts are only accesible by encrypted connections:
- SSH - using public key cryptography
- SSL - for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of in-transit data
Cubus Arts only uses dedicated servers for our services; each client can only access their own data. The access to the servers administered by Cubus Arts is done only by means of private key and highly secure passwords, which are only distributed to Cubus Arts employees.
